Goliath
Goliaths tower over most other folk, as they are distant descendants of giants. Each goliath bears some of the blessings of their giant ancestors, whether they resemble fire giants or stone giants. While goliaths descended from giants, they have forged their own path, seeking heights above those reached by their ancestors.
Ability Score Increase. You may increase one ability score by 2, and a different ability score by 1. This bonus cannot allow one of your scores to exceed 20.
Age. Goliaths have lifespans comparable to humans. They enter adulthood in their late teens and usually live less than a century.
Alignment. Goliath society, with its clear roles and tasks, has a strong lawful bent. The goliath sense of fairness, balanced with an emphasis on self-sufficiency and personal accountability, pushes them toward neutrality.
Creature Type. You are a Humanoid.
Size. Goliaths are between 7 and 8 feet tall and weigh between 280 and 340 pounds. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Powerful Build. You have proficiency in the Athletics skill, advantage on any check to end the grappled or restrained condition on yourself, and you count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Large Form. Starting at 5th level, as a bonus action you can supernaturally grow. Your size changes from medium to large, provided you are in a big enough space. This transformation lasts for 10 minutes, or until you end it as a bonus action. During the duration of this ability, you have advantage on strength checks, and your speed increases by 10 feet. Once you use this ability, you must finish a short or long rest before you can do so again.
Languages. Your character can speak, read, and write Common and Giant.
Giant Ancestry
You are descended from a particular type of giant. Choose one of the options below to determine the extra abilities you are granted.
Stone Giant
Stone giants are a reclusive and artistic race of giants that lived in underground and mountainous environments. Stone giants had less loyalty to their relatives and clans, and more loyalty to their masters/pupils. Stone giants often became another giants pupil, learning the art of stone. carving Goliaths descended from stone giants share similar traits with their ancestors.
The bodies of stone giants had a gray to grayish-brown skin tone, hair that ranged in a spectrum of dark grays and bluish-grays, and eyes of a silver or steel hue. Goliaths descended from stone giants share similar physical traits.
Mountain Born. You naturally acclimate to high altitudes, even if you’ve never been to one. This includes elevations above 20,000 feet. Additionally, due to your tough skin and fortitude, you are immune to disease and the poisoned condition, and have resistance to poison damage.
Stone's Endurance. You can supernaturally draw on unyielding stone to shrug off harm. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to roll a d12. Add your Constitution modifier to the number rolled and reduce the damage by that total.

Storm Giant
Storm giants were the tallest of the true giants, and some of the most intelligent. They were highly respected, and it is said that they saw glimpses of the future in all things, perceiving moments yet to be. Storm giants were very intelligent and able to cast a variety of spells. Goliaths descended from storm giants share similar traits with their ancestors.
Storm giants had pale, light green skin and dark green hair and eyes, but a small number had violet skin, dark blue hair, and silver eyes. Goliaths descended from storm giants share similar traits with their ancestors.
Storm Born. You have resistance to lightning damage. You can also use your action to sense if any storms will occur within a 1 mile radius in the next 24 hours.
Storm's Thunder. When you take damage from a creature within 60 feet of you, you can use your reaction to call down lightning upon that creature, dealing 1d8 + your constitution modifier thunder damage to that creature.

Cloud Giant
Cloud giants were easygoing people, highly creative, masters at strategizing, and had great appreciation for music. They considered life to be a series of obstacles, which were meant to be met with joy rather than sorrow and overcome with applications of skill. Cloud giants commonly had superiority complexes, considering other creatures to be their "lessers", which at times blinded them to the consequences of their actions. They also had an obsession for gambling and wagering, with a strong desire for high risks and high rewards. Frequently betting on the outcomes of events outside of their control. Goliaths descended from cloud giants share similar traits with their ancestors.
The bodies of cloud giants often displayed handsome and well-defined features. Their skin ranged in color from milky white to light sky blue. Their hair was silvery white or brass, and their eyes were iridescent blue. Goliaths descended from cloud giants share similar traits with their ancestors.
Cloud Born. You take half damage from falling, and always land on your feet. You may also cast feather fall on yourself once per short or long rest.
Cloud Jaunt. As a bonus action, you can magically teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.

Fire Giant
Fire giants were master craftsmen giants that lived in volcanic and mountainous environments. Fire giants often considered bravery as being one of the highest virtues anyone could and should have. They relished opportunities in which they could test their fortitude against formidable opponents. They were also masters of smithing. Goliaths descended from fire giants share similar traits with their ancestors.
Fire giants had very broad bodies, making them sort of dwarf-like in appearance, and bulky. Their skin was very dark, reminiscent of coal, and the color of their hair tended towards a spectrum of flaming orange or red, with similarly colored red eyes. Fire Born. You have resistance to fire damage, and are immune to the effects of non-magical extreme heat.
Fire's Wrath. When you hit a target with an attack roll and deal damage to it, you can deal additional damage to it equal to 1d10 fire damage.

Frost Giant
Frost giants had a reputation among other races for being crude and of low intelligence, but they were very cunning fighters. They greatly respected brute strength and battle prowess. They typically resided in castles or tundras. Goliaths descended from frost giants share similar traits with their ancestors.
The bodies of these giants had skin and hair whose colors ranged a wide spectrum of blue and white shades, though some were known to have dirty yellow hair. Likewise, their eyes were generally shades of blue or yellow. Men often grew beards, which would become matted with frost and icicles. Goliaths descended from frost giants share similar traits with their ancestors.
Ice Born. You have resistance to cold damage, and are immune to the effects of non-magical extreme cold.
Frost's Chill. When you hit a target with an attack roll and deal damage to it, you can cause ice to freeze around their legs. They are grappled until the end of your next turn. They can use their action to try and break free, succeeding on an athletics check that is equal to or higher than 8 + your proficiency bonus + your constitution modifier.

Hill Giant
Hill giants are voracious, primitive giants defined by their gluttony. Hill giants were selfish and brutish bullies that often forced weaker creatures to do their bidding. They lived as uncivilized savages, surviving by foraging, hunting, and raiding for food when not coercing other, smaller beings into doing the work and feeding them. Although prone to evil behaviors, a hill giant's acts of cruelty were normally more along the lines of angry reactions than deliberate decisions. They were short-tempered creatures whose form of chaotic evil was known to be defined by violent mood swings and losses of patience. They were likely to go on a violent rampage if they felt deceived, mocked, or otherwise humiliated, and in their tantrums would rage against the guilty and innocent alike until they calmed down, grew hungry, or were otherwise distracted. Goliaths descended from hill giants are perhaps the most different from the ancestors, usually only inheriting the strength and short tempers of their ancestors.
Their skin was a deep, ruddy brown, but they could also be light tan in coloration as a result of a life spent under the sun. Their hair ranged from brown to black, and their eyes shared that color in addition to having red rims. Goliaths descended from hill giants share similar physical traits with their ancestors.
Hill Born. Due to hill giant's poor reputation and unaesthetic appearance, you've had to adapt to a life that is much harder than most have to live. You can increase one additional ability score of your choice by 1, even if you've already increased that ability score with your racial bonus.
Hill's Tumble. When you hit a creature with an attack roll and deal damage to it, you can knock the creature prone.
