College of Glamor
The College of Glamour is the home of bards who mastered their craft in the vibrant realm of the Feywild or under the tutelage of someone who dwelled there. Tutored by satyrs, eladrin, and other fey, these bards learn to use their magic to delight and captivate others.
The bards of this college are regarded with a mixture of awe and fear. Their performances are the stuff of legend. These bards are so eloquent that a speech or song that one of them performs can cause captors to release the bard unharmed and can lull a furious dragon into complacency. The same magic that allows them to quell beasts can also bend minds. Villainous bards of this college can leech off a community for weeks, abusing their magic to turn their hosts into thralls. Heroic bards of this college instead use this power to gladden the downtrodden and undermine oppressors.
Beguiling Magic
At 3rd level, you always have the Charm Person and Mirror Image spells prepared.
Additionally, after you cast an Enchantment or Illusion spell, you can cause a target of your choice within 60 feet of you to make a wisdom save vs your spell save DC. On a fail, they are charmed or frightened (your choice) for 1 minute. The target can repeat the save at the end of each of it's turns, ending the effect on a success.
Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest. You can also restore your use of this feature by expending one use of your bardic inspiration.
Mantle of Inspiration
At 3rd level, you can weave fey magic into a song or dance to fill others with vigor. As a bonus action, you can expend a use of bardic inspiration, choosing up to a number of creatures within 60 feet of you equal to your charisma modifier. Each of these creatures gains temporary hit points equal to the number rolled on the bardic inspiration die + your charisma modifier. Each creature can then use their reaction to either move up to half their speed without provoking opportunity attacks, or use their reaction to make one weapon attack.
Mantle of Majesty
At 6th level, you always have the Command spell prepared. As a bonus action, you can cast command without expending a spell slot. When you cast command this way, you take on a majestic, otherworldly appearance for 1 minute, or until you lose concentration (as if you were concentrating on a spell). During this time, you may cast command as a bonus action without expending a spell slot.
Any creature charmed by you automatically fails it's saving throw against your command spell with this feature.
Once you use this feature you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest. You can restore the use of this feature by expending a spell slot of 3rd level or higher.
Unbreakable Majesty
At 14th level, you can assume an even more majestic and beautiful appearance for 1 minute as a bonus action. For the duration, whenever a creature hits you with an attack, they must succeed on a charisma saving throw against your spell save DC or the attack misses as they recoil by your majesty.
Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a short or long rest.
