Captain Blu

Captain Blu is an infamous pirate captain that sails the Coral Keys, in search for the legendary Pool of Endless Power. Captain Blu sails a ship known as the Dreadnaught, with a crew of equally terrifying pirates. Captain Blu has raided the port of Dravia and lived to tell the tale, earning him his reputation. Captain Blu has pale blue skin, with some believing he is an undead sailor who drowned in the sea, but he came back because he wasn't done searching for the Pool of Endless Power.
