Thalia and Sebastian

Sebastian Thornhelm was a human sailor, son of a minor noble, on a merchant vessel with his family that was traveling through the rough waters near Stormwind, when his ship was struck by a massive storm. The ship was tossed around, before eventually slipping beneath the waves. Sebastian tried to hold on to debris from the ship to keep himself afloat, but the storm was too strong and Sebastian was swept away.

The next thing Sebastian knew, he was waking up on the shore of a beautiful island. A massive tree in the middle of the island could be seen towering over the rest of the island, the sun was shining, and the birds were singing. But his joy was short-lived, as a group of elves appeared from the woods and surrounded him. The elves were angry that a human would trespass on their land, and wanted to execute him for his crime.

Sebastian pleaded with them, explaining the shipwreck, telling them that he meant no harm and would gladly leave given the chance. But the elves were unforgiving, still bitter about the conquering the humans did in the Great Eastern War, and decided to bring him before the elven king, Zephyrius Oakheart, to stand trial for his crimes.

The news of a human on Stormwind spread like wildfire, and princess Thalia, the daughter of the elven king, had come to see the human that had washed up on their shores. She was entranced by his rugged appearance and strong arms, as she had never seen a human before.

Sebastian stood trial for his crimes, and the elven king, stating the laws of the land, sentenced him to death the next morning. As Sebastian was thrown into the dungeons, he had resigned to his fate, but then he saw Thalia.

She had come to visit Sebastian and talk to him, curious about humans. Sebastian was amazed by her beauty and kindness, and Thalia loved Sebastian's bravery. Thalia knew that elves were forbidden from marrying humans, but she couldn’t help herself. She stole the key and ran away from the castle with Sebastian.

They fled into the woods, pursued by the elves. But Sebastian was a sailor, and he knew how to survive in harsh environments. They hid in caves, crossed treacherous rivers, and climbed steep cliffs. And all the while, they fell more deeply in love.

Finally, they reached the shore, and Sebastian found a small boat. They sailed away from the island, and the elves could only watch as their princess disappeared into the horizon. Sebastian and Thalia returned to his family home at Whiterock, where they married, combining their last names to create a new noble house, one of human nobility, and one of elven royalty, and they lived happily ever after together.
